CELEBRATION JAMBOREE 'OWS' in the United Kingdom to celebrate the 100th Year

The Order of World Scouts was founded on the 11th November
1911, and was the earliest World Scouting organisation

The organisation still continues today, and has continued
under its Grand Scoutmasters.

Dear Grand Scout Master, Assistant Grand Scout Master, Fellow
Commissioners and Scouter's,

Kingdom to celebrate the 100th Year
of the formation of the
Order of World Scouts and you are all invited to attend.

Details are contained in the attachment to this e-mail.

There will be the opportunity to visit Brownsea Island
where Baden-Powell held his first experimental Scout camp.
The Island is a dedicated memorial to Scouting with an
Scouting museum, gift shop, caf'e and great walks throughout
the island.

The dates of the JAMBOREE 28th May -4th June 2011

The Jamboree camp will be run with international sub-camp areas with a small charge made by the site owners
for the camp payable by each camper.

Each sub-camp to form exhibits displaying their country's traditions and Scouting
traditions. There will be camp fires where all contingents will be expected to join in and
contribute to the camp fire fun and entertainment.

Lets make this Jamboree a great success, a great get
together to share in our common brotherhood/sisterhood.
Please respond as soon as possible because there will be a
lot to organise in a relatively short time.
